Service Description

For situations when solely talk therapy is not enough or families looking for an all-inclusive method. This is a comprehensive perspective that examines environmental, social, and skill domains. I utilize an approach that combines the emotional and cognitive effectiveness of individual therapy with family clinical case management, parent coaching, and skill/immersion sessions. Supplementing regular individual therapy, families meet for monthly case management to review progress on goals such as grades or behavior. To provide practical resources, specialized sessions are also provided to work on common struggles such as social skills, alternative behaviors, or coping skills.
